What a wonderful surprise! This sampler has many favorites, most of which I'll bet you recognize when you hear them.

As I listened to these tracks, I smiled broadly, recalling the halcyon days of Muzak greeting us on the elevator and warming us as we entered the shopping mall or dental office. These lush, overripe arrangements provide the perfect backdrop for anything. The 101 Strings strike again...welcome back!!

I know this sampler is available free. However, I have to agree with an earlier review, the sound reproduction is terrible. It is unclear, muddy, muffled. The actual performance of the music itself is also poorly produced and there are much better (albeit paid) performances available. I appreciate the orchestra making this work available free for people to try out, I hope that it is not reflective of their best work. One star for the sampler and an additional star for the artists' good intentions of letting people try before they buy.
